About The Position

Eskimo Joe’s Promotional Products Group is looking for a warm, energetic, organized, and people-focused Experience & Engagement Coordinator to join our team! This role is all about creating the kind of environment where people feel welcomed, connected, appreciated, and excited to be here. As one of the first points of contact for guests, clients, suppliers, and team members, you’ll help bring the personality and hospitality of Eskimo Joe’s to life every day. The Experience & Engagement Coordinator plays an important role in both the day-to-day experience and the culture of our team. You’ll help keep our office welcoming and running smoothly, support team celebrations and engagement initiatives, coordinate hospitality for guests and meetings, assist with internal communications, and look for the little ways we can make someone’s day better. You’ll also have opportunities to support marketing projects, supplier relationships, and special events across the organization. We’re looking for someone who naturally notices what needs to be done, enjoys helping others, and brings enthusiasm, initiative, and a genuine spirit of hospitality to everything they do. If you’re the type of person who loves creating memorable experiences, keeping things organized, jumping in wherever you’re needed, and making people feel like they belong, you may be a great fit for our team! Responsibilities

Welcoming guests, clients, suppliers, and team members warmly and professionally
Answering phone calls, routing leads and communications appropriately
Assisting visitors with hospitality, directions, and meeting needs
Maintaining clean, organized, and inviting common areas and displays
Overseeing stock for kitchen, office, hospitality, and special event needs while arranging timely replenish lists
Coordinating meetings, visits, tours, catering, and inventory restocking
Supporting team celebrations, recognition, internal engagement, and culture initiatives
Assisting with internal communications, marketing projects, mailings, and self-promo inventory
Handling occasional errands and routine administrative tasks to support daily operations
