About The Position

As an Experience Designer (Visual and Product) - Manager in Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will focus on creating and enhancing user experiences for products, systems, and services. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage your technical and creative skills to deliver innovative software solutions that meet the evolving needs of clients. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive product innovation and deliver impactful user experiences. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality work. You will be responsible for coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Your growing business knowledge will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 5 years of experience
