About The Position

The Intern Group is seeking a Part-Time, Seasonal Experience Coordinator to assist in delivering an exciting and engaging program for international participants in Bangkok. This role involves managing student engagement, organizing cultural events, and ensuring participants feel welcome and supported. The coordinator will handle remote administrative tasks and host in-person events, contributing to a positive community and gathering feedback for program improvement. This position offers flexibility and variety, suitable for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy working with young people, and value a flexible lifestyle. The role is crucial in fostering cultural exchange, connection, and discovery in Bangkok.

Requirements

  • Secured Right to Work in Thailand with the appropriate authorization to be employed.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills —both written and verbal.
  • A fun, positive, and engaging personality that makes others feel at ease.
  • Creativity in designing events and experiences that appeal to diverse participants.
  • Strong social media awareness and an eye for great visuals.
  • Cultural sensitivity and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
  • Strong knowledge of Bangkok , including local attractions, neighbourhoods, and cultural highlights.
  • Adaptability and professionalism when handling unexpected challenges.
  • The ability to work independently and respond quickly in dynamic environments.
  • Access to a home office setup and a personal computer for remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the well-being of participants, fostering a safe, enjoyable, and supportive experience abroad.
  • Organise and host cultural, social, and professional events that showcase the best of Bangkok and create meaningful connections.
  • Collect and analyse participant feedback to help continually improve the program experience.
  • Work with local service providers to coordinate activities, logistics, and participant support.
  • Capture and share photos or short videos from events, in collaboration with our global marketing team.
  • Help resolve participant questions or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Assist with administrative and project-based tasks to ensure smooth program delivery.
  • Assist the Lead Coordinator in responding to participant emergencies, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution.
