Onsite Experience and Sales Host
About The Position
Bolt Farm Treehouse is seeking a dynamic and high-performing individual to join their team as an Experience and Sales Host. This role is crucial for enhancing the on-site guest experience and driving rebookings. The host will be the primary point of contact for guests during the signature Sip & Paint experience, responsible for creating a magical atmosphere and converting attendees into repeat customers. This position requires a blend of luxury hospitality, exceptional sales skills, and a natural ability to engage and entertain guests. The ideal candidate will be a storyteller and a closer, ensuring guests feel valued and inspired to return.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years in luxury hospitality, high-end events, or experiential sales.
- Proven ability to engage and convert in a live, in-person setting.
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday are primary event nights).
- Must be on-site at the Bolt Farm Treehouse property in Whitwell, TN.
- Valid driver's license.

- Experience at a luxury resort, boutique hotel, or high-end venue (Waldorf, Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, or similar).
- Background in entertainment, hosting, or live performance.
- Familiarity with CRM/pipeline tools (GoHighLevel).
- Wine, spirits, or culinary knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Host the signature Sip & Paint experience 3 nights per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday), ensuring an intimate, elevated, and unforgettable atmosphere.
- Deliver the rebooking pitch during events, converting attendees into repeat guests by securing a $295 Future Stay deposit.
- Facilitate post-event experiences, including coordinating professional photoshoot sessions and live communal Sip & Paint art reveals.
- Conduct personal 1:1 villa invitations for select guests, using handwritten cards and small gifts to encourage attendance and rebookings.
- Collaborate with Dreamweavers (on-site experience team) to personalize guest interactions using enriched guest profiles.
- Track and report rebooking metrics, attendance rates, and event feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Represent the Bolt Farm brand at the highest level in all guest interactions, from casual greetings to main stage events.
Benefits
- OTE: $80K+ (top performers $110K+)
- Base Pay: $20/hour
- Rebooking Commission: $100 per guest deposit collected
- Revenue Share: 1% of collected rebook cash
- Gas Stipend: $250/month
