About The Position

Be the go-to person to align the front of house and back of house to ensure a positive and seamless experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Must be able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
• Must be a team player capable of working with others in a positive manner
• Possess or obtain ServSafe Certification in accordance with Company policy
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and handle tasks involving bending, twisting and squatting
• Be well organized and have the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks at one time
• Dexterity in using kitchen equipment or utensils and carrying heavy trays
• Majority of shift will be spent on feet in a fast-paced environment, in close proximity to other people

Nice To Haves

• Two (2) years working in a fast-face, high-volume full-service restaurant

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food orders in the kitchen to ensure they are prepared in an accurate and timely manner- this includes managing tickets, any corrections or updates, and supporting all kitchen staff
• Thorough and accurate knowledge of menu items and specials and orchestrate the efficient delivery of meals to all tables checking for accuracy, presentation and temperature
• Assist with the final preparation and garnishing of dishes as required
• Ensure orders are being prepared with the correct priority
• Eliminate obstacles in service, food preparation lines or dishwashing
• Support front of house with bussing and running tables
