Requirements

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred
  • Experience as an Expo, Food Runner, Server Assistant, Line Cook, or Server is a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate communication between the kitchen and Front of House team
  • Ensure food is accurate, complete, and prepared according to standards
  • Verify special requests and modifications before food leaves the kitchen
  • Monitor ticket times and assist in maintaining efficient service flow
  • Garnish, inspect, and present dishes before service
  • Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Communicate product shortages and kitchen updates to service staff
  • Assist with to-go orders when assigned
  • Support cleanliness, organization, and sanitation throughout the shift
  • Work closely with managers, cooks, servers, and bartenders to ensure a great guest experience
  • Proven experience in the restaurant industry.
