Requirements

  • Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with supervising responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience with POS systems such as Toast POS and Square POS for transactions and reporting
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively
  • Familiarity with inventory control practices and budgeting within a restaurant setting
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash/card transactions accurately and manage shift operations efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
  • Strong communication skills for team coordination and staff training

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Filipino cuisine is a plus
  • Bilingual (English + Tagalog or Spanish) is a plus
  • Background in hospitality management or culinary experience preferred; fine dining or hotel experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations

  • Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
  • Involvement with working with suppliers/vendors on ordering and continually advocating for best value pricing.
  • Monitor market pricing efficiency and be aware of finding other sources that has special pricing for proteins, produce and other ingredients.
  • Utilize POS systems such as Toast POS and Square POS for accurate cash/card handling and sales tracking
  • Coordinate shift schedules, manage labor costs, and optimize staffing levels for peak periods
  • Conduct interviewing and hiring processes to build a skilled, motivated team aligned with company standards
  • Ensure consistent quality of food preparation and presentation in line with brand standards
  • Oversee kitchen operations including food production, cooking processes, and food safety protocols
  • Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Support catering events or banquet services as needed to expand revenue opportunities
