About The Position

Air Culinaire Worldwide, an international private aviation catering and concierge services company, is hiring an Expeditor with strong food and beverage experience. The role coordinates and prepares customer orders, ensures quality and completeness, supports customer service, and helps resolve issues on-site. It may also include procuring supplies, routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance, and assisting in the kitchen during busy periods. The position requires a flexible schedule and may involve extended shifts, holidays, weekends, and nights. New culinary candidates must complete a background check, motor vehicle record check, drug test, and E-Verify.

Requirements

• Strong food and beverage experience.
• Flexible schedule; may be required to work extended shifts, holidays, weekends, and nights.
• Submit to a background check, motor vehicle record check, drug test, and E-Verify.
• Reasonably clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize, pull, and pack orders; ensure quality, completeness, appropriate packaging and labeling, and delivery timing.
• Procure miscellaneous items and follow Air Culinaire Worldwide Standard Operating Procedures.
• Help serve customers directly and obtain feedback about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues on-site in accordance with company guidelines when immediate action is needed.
• Pick up supplies as needed and perform routine vehicle cleaning and maintenance.
• Assist in the kitchen during busy periods.
