About The Position
Texas Roadhouse is seeking an Expeditor with an eye for detail and the ability to recognize quality food. The role focuses on confirming food quality and order accuracy, following recipes and preparation sheets, maintaining product levels and rotation, and upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards. The Expeditor communicates and works as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities
- Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Understand and properly execute preparation sheets and recipes.
- Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy.
- Monitor product levels during the shift and communicate needs.
- Follow First-In, First-Out standards and understand product rotation.
- Maintain cleaning and proper sanitation standards throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
