About The Position
Texas Roadhouse is looking for an Expeditor with an eye for detail and the ability to recognize quality food. The role supports Legendary Food and Legendary Service by maintaining food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, sanitation, and teamwork in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain station cleanliness throughout the shift.
- Understand and properly execute prep sheets and recipes.
- Validate food quality and confirm order accuracy.
- Monitor product levels during the shift and communicate needs.
- Adhere to First-In, First-Out standards and understand product rotation.
- Maintain cleaning and proper sanitation standards throughout the shift.
- Communicate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Exhibit teamwork.
