About The Position

The Expanded Learning Coordinator works at a Community Partnership School to coordinate before-school, after-school, summer, enrichment, and recreational programs. The role supports opportunities that help children learn, grow, and thrive by building partnerships, engaging volunteers, and organizing activities and events for students and families. The coordinator also manages program logistics, including transportation, and tracks attendance, outcomes, and program success stories.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Florida Driver's License, to be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Reliable transportation.
• One year of experience in a school, youth-serving organization, or community setting.
• Enjoy working with children and families.
• Ability to build relationships in the community.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities confidently.
• Positive, energetic attitude.
• Belief that every child deserves the chance to succeed.
• Problem-solving ability and initiative.
• All applicants are subject to background screening through the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).

Nice To Haves

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Services, or a related field.
• Experience leading or coordinating youth programs.
• Experience creating positive learning environments.
