About The Position

Pinnacle Dentistry is a wellness-centered dental practice focused on personalized care, state-of-the-art dentistry, conservative treatment plans, and an elevated patient experience. The Expanded Duty Dental Assistant helps patients understand their treatment plans, addresses objections to proposed treatment, presents or co-presents treatment plans and consent, and educates patients about their dental needs. General duties include activities related to planning and administering patient treatment. The role includes expanded clinical duties such as taking final impressions for permanent indirect restorations; adjusting and cementing permanent indirect restorations; applying sealants; performing coronal polishing; and designing and milling nightguards and in-house crowns. The regular schedule is four days per week.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience as a Dental Assistant.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of dentistry and the ability to describe and assist with procedures in simple language.
