About The Position

Sports Physical Therapy has an immediate opportunity for a dynamic individual to work as an Exercise Specialist in a fast-paced outpatient physical therapy clinic. The role is responsible for daily patient care and takes direction from physical therapists, performing treatment-related exercise programs and patient-related tasks as needed.

SPT Canyon Park is an outpatient sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic in Canyon Park, Washington. Requirements

• Interest in or a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Professionalism, confidentiality, and commitment to patient safety.
• Ability to build rapport with and motivate patients.

• Prior experience in a medical or fitness setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists with patient exercise programs and treatment-related tasks.
• Provide clear instruction and encouragement while supporting patients through rehabilitation exercises.
• Help create a welcoming clinic experience and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe clinic environment.
• Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and staff.
• Help ensure patient flow and efficiency throughout the day.
