About The Position

LaGrange College is seeking to fill a tenure-track faculty position in exercise science at the rank of assistant or associate professor, starting August 1, 2027. The role involves teaching 24 credit hours per year, covering introductory and advanced exercise science courses, specialized areas, and general education curriculum. The position also requires mentoring undergraduate research and scholarly activities. Requirements

Doctoral degree in exercise science, kinesiology, exercise physiology, biomechanics, or a closely related clinical field.

Responsibilities

Teach 24 credit hours per year, including introductory coursework, upper-level courses in the exercise science core, and courses in the candidate’s field(s) of specialization.
