About The Position

LaGrange College seeks to fill a tenure-eligible appointment at the assistant or associate professor level in Nursing beginning August 1, 2027. The field of specialization is open, but preference will be given to candidates with expertise in mental health or medical surgical nursing. The teaching load is 24 credits annually, as appropriate to the successful candidate’s field(s) of specialization in nursing and can include courses that satisfy the college’s general education curriculum, known as Ethos. The nursing program recently received an unqualified re-accreditation from ACEN through 2032. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a background check as a prerequisite for the position. Any questions about the position should be addressed to [email protected].
