About The Position

Work-Fit and Alliance Physical Therapy Partners is seeking an Exercise Physiologist. The staff model provides the injury prevention model: Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, work-site visits and other prevention services.

Requirements

• Self-starter able to work independently without direct supervision.
• Skilled communicator, motivator, and team player.
• Natural leader, thinking outside of their comfort zone.
• Degree in Exercise Science or other health-related field.
• Current certification as an exercise professional with a national organization in good standing.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Experience in teaching group exercise classes to adults.
• Competency with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury prevention services including Symptom Intervention (SI), job conditioning, and work-site visits.
• Engage employees in all services within the industrial setting.
• Adhere to the standards of practice as outlined in the Work-Fit/Boeing SOP.
• Focus, organize, and prioritize the delivery of services.
• Be an integral piece of the largest Industrial Athlete program in the country.
