About The Position

The Executive Vice President of Operations in the Health Care and Social Assistance industry is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing and optimizing all operational aspects of the organization across the United States. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations or a related industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale healthcare operations with measurable improvements in efficiency and quality.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex organizational change.
• Strong leadership and communication skills enable the EVP to effectively manage multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration across departments.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are used daily to interpret operational data, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance ensures that all operations meet legal and ethical standards, safeguarding patient safety and organizational integrity.
• Proficiency in strategic planning and change management supports the EVP in guiding the organization through evolving industry challenges and opportunities.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), or Public Health (MPH).
• Experience working within multi-state healthcare systems or large social assistance organizations.
• Familiarity with advanced healthcare technologies and data analytics platforms.
• Certification in healthcare management or operational excellence (e.g., FACHE, Lean Six Sigma).
• Experience in strategic planning and execution at the executive leadership level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the organization's mission and objectives.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple facilities and service lines to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Lead, mentor, and manage senior operations managers and department heads to foster a high-performance culture.
• Collaborate with finance, clinical, and administrative teams to optimize resource allocation and operational budgets.

• Ensure effective risk management and adherence to safety protocols across all operational areas.
