About The Position

This role serves as the organization's Integrator™ within the EOS® framework, acting as the primary bridge between the CEO’s strategic direction and the execution of day-to-day operations. The Executive Vice President of Operations will own and drive the V/TO™ forward, ensuring all department leaders are aligned to the company’s 1-year plan, 3-year picture, and 10-year target. This position leads weekly Level 10 Meetings™ with the leadership team, maintaining IDS™ discipline and ensuring accountability across all functional areas. The role involves managing, tracking, and reporting on company-wide Rocks and Scorecard metrics weekly, escalating issues quickly and decisively. A key aspect is building a culture of accountability, clarity, and traction, ensuring that everyone in the organization GWC™s their role. The position provides direct operational oversight and reporting of property management, construction, finance, and leasing/marketing teams. It establishes and maintains core operational processes that are documented, followed, and consistently improved across all departments. A significant focus is leading the organization’s technology and AI adoption agenda, identifying opportunities for automation and AI to enhance efficiency and reporting speed. The role directly leads and manages 4–6 department heads and will stand up foundational people operations infrastructure in the absence of a dedicated HR function. Regular, structured one-on-ones and team meetings are essential for leading, coaching, and holding direct reports accountable. The role fosters a culture of transparency, collaboration, and ownership throughout the organization.
