EGStoltzfus is seeking an Executive Vice President (EVP) of Commercial Construction to lead the division through its next phase of strategic growth. As a key member of the organization’s leadership team, this executive-level role oversees all personnel and operations and plays an active role in long-term planning and supporting business development. The ideal Executive Vice President (EVP) of Commercial Construction candidate will bring proven leadership in a commercial construction environment, particularly with design-build and multi-family projects, and possesses exceptional team development, financial acumen, and client relationship skills. Reporting directly to the President of EGStoltzfus, the Executive Vice President (EVP) of Commercial Construction will drive performance across key areas including customer satisfaction, profitability, operational excellence, and market expansion. Strong networking ability, a passion for organizational culture, and alignment with the mission and vision of EGStoltzfus are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience, required
  • A history of effectively developing people, managing projects, and growing a department/organization, required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential

Nice To Haves

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of successful light commercial/multi-family residential construction experience, strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated community involvement, strongly preferred
