This role offers knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing and promotions), experience in setting and planning monthly/quarterly workload, managing teams to achieve sales goals, managing multiple specialty businesses, understanding competitors, and experience managing hourly team members and leaders. The role also involves recruiting, selecting, and talent management of hourly team members and leaders.
