The Inbound Operations Executive Team Leader role is designed to provide meaningful experiences that help individuals build and develop skills for a career. This role offers the opportunity to gain skills and experience in guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals (including department sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns, pricing, and promotions strategies), setting and planning department workload, understanding the competition, managing a team of team leaders, and recruiting, selecting, and managing talent. As an Inbound Operations Executive Team Leader, no two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include delivering guest experience commitments, holding Team Leaders accountable for exceptional guest experiences, reviewing metrics to identify gaps, partnering across teams for a seamless guest experience, leading and creating a service culture, driving total store sales, safely unloading merchandise, managing inbound processes for accuracy and efficiency, developing strategies for workload completion, creating scheduling plans, managing backroom and sales floor areas, anticipating staffing needs, establishing a culture of accountability, demonstrating inclusivity, leading a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance, developing and leading the safety culture, leading an instore security culture, leading merchandise protection strategies, and executing best practices. This role also involves implementing safe and secure training and processes, addressing emergency and compliance needs, and regularly assuming store-level leadership on duty responsibilities.
