We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Support / Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Assistant to the CEO. This is a unique entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn, gain exposure to executive operations, and contribute to a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. This role combines in-office administrative support with off-site tasks and errands, playing a key part in ensuring the CEO’s office operates efficiently by offloading smaller, high-impact responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant
  • Assist in managing and prioritizing incoming requests, tasks, and logistics
  • Run professional and personal errands as needed
  • Occasionally travel with the CEO to attend events and meetings
  • Help coordinate meetings, materials, and basic scheduling needs
  • Maintain organization of documents, supplies, and office systems
  • Anticipate needs and proactively handle tasks to support executive efficiency
  • Assist with special projects and ad hoc requests
