About The Position

Messenger International is a ministry dedicated to developing uncompromising followers of Christ who transform our world. The purpose of this role is to advance Messenger International’s vision by providing administrative, travel, and logistical support to the Executive Support team, ensuring consistent execution and operational efficiency so executive leadership can remain focused on strategic ministry priorities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required
  • 1–3 years of administrative, office, or ministry support experience preferred
  • Experience coordinating travel or managing logistical details preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, task management platforms (e.g., Asana), and standard office software
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with consistency and follow-through
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
  • Servant-hearted posture with a collaborative team mindset
  • Comfortable following delegated priorities, systems, and checklists
  • Reliable, proactive, and execution-focused
  • Signed acknowledgement of Messenger’s “Statement of Faith” and “Staff Covenant/Lifestyle Agreement” forms
  • Signed acknowledgement to policies and procedures as stated in our employee handbook
  • Has the ability to function independently
  • Possess the ability to speak
  • Has the physical ability to be able to lift up to 25 pounds (with or without assistance)
  • This position also may require long periods of sitting, standing up, and walking

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and book domestic and international travel arrangements for executives and supporting team members, including flights, lodging, and ground transportation, ensuring alignment with executive preferences.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries, confirmations, and supporting documentation.
  • Remain available to assist with travel troubleshooting and schedule adjustments as needed.
  • Track travel-related invoices and expenses; prepare and submit reimbursements accurately and timely.
  • Assist with post-travel documentation and host follow-up communication.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant and Executive Office Administrator.
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems, travel records, and executive documentation.
  • Perform data entry and assist with document preparation, formatting, and tracking.
  • Support calendar coordination and meeting logistics as assigned.
  • Monitor task management systems to ensure assignments and deadlines are executed consistently.
  • Coordinate shipment of books and resources for Road Meetings.
  • Support hospitality logistics, gifting coordination, mailing lists, and physical mail processing.
  • Communicate professionally with internal staff, ministry partners, and vendors as delegated.
  • Deliver personal assistant support to the CEO and Founders as assigned, exercising discretion and reliability.
  • Other related duties, as assigned.
