Requirements

10+ years in technical support, with a proven track record in VIP/Executive-facing environments.
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proficient in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Jamf, Intune, Zscaler, and CrowdStrike.
Hands-on experience with MTR (Microsoft Teams Rooms) environments and hardware (Neat, Crestron, Lenovo).
Exceptional verbal and written skills; the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical leaders with clarity, discretion, and impeccable documentation etiquette.

Responsibilities

Provide dedicated, end-to-end technical support for C-Level executives, ensuring their productivity is never interrupted.
Manage and optimize high-tech Microsoft Teams Rooms running on Neat, Crestron, and Lenovo hardware. Ensure seamless global connectivity for high-profile presentations.
Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for the internal help desk, leveraging Atlassian Jira for meticulous ticket management and resolution.
Maintain a secure and high-performing fleet using Jamf (macOS), Intune (Windows), CrowdStrike, Zscaler, and BeyondTrust.
Maintain "Gold Standard" documentation and SOPs for executive workflows and Dallas campus infrastructure.
Lead small-to-medium technical projects, from office hardware refreshes to security stack deployments.
