Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional communication skills with a collaborative and service-focused approach.
  • Ability to work independently while building strong cross-functional relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, urgency, and accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, executive support, hospitality, or operations coordination preferred.
  • Experience in executive support, office administration, hospitality, operations coordination, or corporate office management.
  • Strong customer service mindset with polished communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and logistics with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable supporting high-touch employee and visitor experiences in a professional office environment.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Experience with Concur, SharePoint, Visio, or similar business systems highly preferred.
  • Notary Public certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.
