Requirements

  • At least 1 year in an Executive Assistant role
  • Must be able to learn new systems with training provided
  • Software and tools: standard office software, communication platforms, file management systems
  • Must understand filing and labeling conventions
  • Comfortable taking calls

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to vendors regarding mail and related matters
  • Support daily administrative tasks as required
  • Maintain accurate and properly labeled files
  • Save invoices and documents using established filing systems
  • Follow established operational procedures
  • Send thank you emails as needed
  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Send monthly client bills
