Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for an Executive Steward who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Executive Steward reports directly to the Executive Chef and is responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the work of employees in our Stewarding Department. The Executive Steward will work closely with the Executive Chef, Director of Food and Beverage, Banquet Chef, Banquet Managers, and Food and Beverage Outlet Managers to coordinate an adequate supply and store of china, silver, glass, and other equipment used in service. The position demands an excellent focus on quality, product versatility and volume.
