By joining our Office of Transportation Delivery/Human Service Transportation Delivery Branch as an Executive Staff Advisor in Franklin County, you’ll Support the Executive Director by providing administrative support and technical management assistance to the Transportation Programs within the Office of Transportation Delivery.

Requirements

Experience with data analysis
Experience researching, applying federal and, or, state rules and regulations
Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access
Experience with public speaking
Experience with problem solving
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree.
Four years of administrative or management experience.
A master's degree will substitute for one year of the required experience.
Additional administrative, management, or research experience will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

Assist in completing and reviewing the Cap Rate Analysis sent to the Actuarial Consultant for the Human Services Transportation Delivery Branch.
Prepare reports and other materials required for the Executive Director to use in meetings.
Compile and, or, review Encounter Data for the Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Program.
Provide technical assistance and participate in state and internal reviews.
