The Executive Sous Chef will be second in leadership reporting to the Executive Chef. Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be making every single meal a feast for the eyes and treat for the tastebuds, directing daily kitchen activities as well as coaching and developing a team. This role will assist with hiring, training, and performance management, and support the Executive Chef in planning events, managing staff and labor, inventory, and food safety in the kitchen. The Executive Sous Chef will also be responsible for encouraging and addressing guest feedback, coordinating with Sales, Catering, and Event Teams, ensuring banquet production timelines are met, working closely with the Executive Chef to forecast and plan, and supporting menu development and recipe standardization.
