At Kimpton Cottonwood Hotel, we’re looking for an Executive Sous Chef who’s ready to jump into a fast-paced, creative culinary environment and help lead one of Omaha’s most exciting hotel food & beverage programs. From the energy of The Committee Chophouse to brunch and afternoon Tea Service in the Orleans Room, large-scale banquet events, seasonal activations, our food truck, and everything in between, no two days look the same here. Working closely with the Executive Restaurant Chef, you’ll help oversee a talented culinary team across multiple outlets while driving quality, consistency, creativity, and culture in the kitchen. This role is hands-on and leadership focused. Coaching cooks, supporting stewarding operations, managing inventory and ordering, helping develop menus, controlling costs, and ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen reflects the standards we’re known for.
