Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events, placing orders
  • Typing, editing, and filing reports, memos, and correspondence
  • Answering calls, emails, and liaising with internal departments and the public
  • Maintaining databases and tracking systems
  • Updating timecards, running reports, entering commissions into a spreadsheet and into UKG system
  • Assists with coding invoices to be paid
