About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Secretary to provide administrative and office support. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the office operates smoothly by managing communications, coordinating schedules, and supporting daily operations.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
  • Fluent in English and Arabic

Nice To Haves

  • Previous administrative or secretarial experience preferred
  • French is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes
  • Maintain filing systems (paper and digital) and office records
  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics as needed
  • Greet and support visitors in a professional manner
  • Order and track office supplies and inventory
  • Support general office operations and administrative procedures
  • Assist with onboarding processes for new staff
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers (e.g., IT, facilities, catering)
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
