About The Position

This position supports operational analysis for the Agency Management Lead Analyst, ensuring that Operations maintains resilient routines that support the wellbeing and meaningful work carried out by its employees in safe, secure, healthy, and productive workplaces. The role executes project design, initiatives, and research directives of the Agency Management Lead Analyst. It also oversees the day-to-day activities of unpaid academic interns and wage employees, including Wilder Fellows. The position applies knowledge of research, analysis, and evaluation techniques to projects, which can include data collection, specialized research, and strategic planning. The Executive Secretary Senior will support or present at leadership meetings and support the facilitation of employee groups. Additionally, the role involves researching relevant data sources to determine best practices and evidence-based methodology, solutions, and recommendations, playing a role in all stages of a project: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Requirements

  • Experience with research, analysis, and evaluation techniques to projects which can include data collection, specialized research, and strategic planning.
  • Demonstrated experience collecting, sorting, and analyzing data, to make connections, draw conclusions, offer alternatives, make recommendations, identify gaps in data, and to independently seek additional sources of information.
  • Project management experience to include initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with others to collect data and provide information.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate in a highly refined and compelling manner, both written and verbal.
  • Able to work independently and with a team to creatively develop a strategy or plan for managing short term, long term and/or complex assignment(s).
