About The Position

The Executive Secretary provides administrative support to company executives by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings for executives. Requirements

  • Minimum five (5) years of administrative experience supporting one or more Managers or Directors.
  • High School Diploma/ GED.
  • Four (4) years of additional experience in lieu of education may be considered.
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office Suite e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, well organized, detail oriented and able to appropriately prioritize.
  • Sound analytical and problem solving/critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience supporting one or more executives.
  • Previous healthcare experience.
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree.
