Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
  • 8-10 years’ strategic sales account management experience
  • 4-5 years’ progressive leadership experience.
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Understanding of fleet operations, logistics, and the automotive/tech industry.
  • Communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Leadership and team management experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.
  • Valid driver’s license and use of a validly registered and insured motor vehicle required.

Responsibilities

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, routing, and asset utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in fleet management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a high level of safety and security standards for the fleet.
  • Identify, prioritize, and cultivate relationships with strategic accounts to expand the company's market presence.
  • Understand the unique needs of each strategic account and developing customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to negotiate contracts and agreements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Monitor account performance and satisfaction, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Lead and mentor a team of commercial sales managers
  • Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions and drive operational improvements.
  • Generate reports on fleet performance, account growth, and revenue projections.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
