As Executive Recruitment Analyst, you will be an integral part of RBC's Employee Experience team, accountable for supporting Executive Recruitment initiatives. You will work alongside colleagues who are focused on employee experience, developing talent and building a winning culture. Your mandate will involve partnering with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the team’s key priorities in the support of the end-to-end Executive Recruitment experience.
