Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in liberal arts)
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- Previous success in sales, recruiting, or other relationship-driven roles
- Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
- Goal-oriented and motivated by results and closing wins
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure
- Ability to work onsite in our office located in Inman Park, Atlanta, GA
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruiting lifecycle—from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Drive high-volume outbound activity to generate new client relationships and build strong talent pipelines
- Identify and connect with top candidates through research, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Engage candidates and clients through phone-based outreach (comfort with dialing is essential)
- Develop long-term partnerships with clients and candidates that drive repeat business and lasting success
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM activity and records
