Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serves as the lead Talent Acquisition partner for executive and senior leadership recruitment across Adena Health.
- Manages the full recruitment lifecycle for Director, Assistant Vice President, Vice President, and other designated leadership positions.
- Develops and executes targeted sourcing strategies.
- Builds leadership talent pipelines.
- Delivers a high-touch candidate experience that supports Adena's ability to attract exceptional leadership talent.
- Serves as a strategic advisor on executive talent acquisition while supporting organizational growth, leadership succession planning, workforce planning, and integration-related recruitment initiatives.
