About The Position

The Corporate Executive Recruiter is a strategic talent acquisition partner responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring executive, senior-level, and specialized talent across the organization. This role works closely with executive leadership and hiring managers to understand business needs, develop effective hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates who support both immediate and long-term organizational goals. The Corporate Executive Recruiter leads full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate assessment, offer negotiation, and hiring. This role is responsible for proactively identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and providing market insights that help leaders make informed hiring decisions. Success in this position requires a combination of strategic consulting, relationship management, and hands-on recruiting expertise in competitive talent markets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Construction and renewables industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 7+ years recruiting experience, with demonstrated success supporting senior leadership and/or executive-level searches
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across all levels, including executive, leadership, and specialized roles
  • Experience partnering directly with senior and executive leaders on talent strategy, hiring decisions, and workforce planning
  • Experience in executive search or retained search environments preferred
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Experience conducting executive-level assessments and high-stakes interviews
  • Ability to manage confidential, complex, and competitive searches
  • Strong market intelligence and talent mapping capabilities
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, including sourcing and pipeline development
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment metrics
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic and tactical work
  • Ability to recruit across all levels of an organization, from individual contributor to executive, while prioritizing high-impact searches

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level talent acquisition strategy and market insights to support business growth and critical hiring needs
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across all levels, with emphasis on executive, leadership, and specialized searches, while remaining flexible to support non-executive hiring needs as required
  • Partner with senior and executive leadership to define role requirements, success profiles, and search strategies
  • Own and execute proactive executive search and talent mapping strategies, including competitor analysis and passive candidate engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on talent market trends, compensation, and workforce planning
  • Manage confidential and high-visibility searches, ensuring discretion and strong candidate experience
  • Influence and educate internal stakeholders on recruitment best practices and talent attraction strategies
  • Create and negotiate offers, including complex and executive-level compensation packages
  • Build and maintain executive talent pipelines through industry engagement and targeted outreach
  • Provide a white-glove candidate experience while managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective execution of hiring plans
  • Leverage ATS/CRM systems and recruitment data to track progress, identify trends, and improve outcomes
  • Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience
  • Other duties as assigned
