Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Must be able to work independently and have excellent time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full-cycle recruiting process by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers with qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide recruiting guidance, and ensure a positive hiring experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance through the pre-employment process, guiding candidates through background screening requirements while working collaboratively to meet the company's hiring objectives.
  • Arrange and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
  • Utilize social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and requisition activity within the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure a seamless recruiting process.
  • Prepare, maintain, and regularly update recruiting reports and hiring metrics to support department objectives.
  • Follow established recruiting processes, procedures, and documentation standards while ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the hiring process.
