About The Position

The Executive Protection Agent supports the security of executive leadership through close protection, secure transportation, and residential security. The agent collaborates with the Risk Intelligence team to identify risks to executives and their families and implement appropriate mitigations. The role also supports protective operations, travel security planning, and risk mitigation, while maintaining operational readiness and situational awareness. The position requires willingness to travel up to 50%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, military, or private security.
• Experience integrating threat assessments into protective intelligence strategies.
• Experience conducting travel security planning and logistics.
• Strong decision-making under pressure.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Advanced situational awareness and risk mitigation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Support protective operations, travel security planning, and risk mitigation activities independently.
• Assist with developing, coordinating, and executing travel security plans, including advance work, transportation security, accommodation assessments, and contingency planning.
• Conduct threat monitoring, intelligence gathering, and vulnerability assessments to identify emerging risks and recommend protective measures.
• Follow established security policies, operational procedures, and emergency response protocols.
• Maintain operational readiness and situational awareness.
