About The Position

Saronic Technologies is a leader in developing autonomous and intelligent platforms to enhance maritime operations. The Executive Protection Agent supports the security of executive leadership through close protection, secure transportation, and residential security. Working with the Risk Intelligence team, the agent identifies risks to executives and their families and implements appropriate mitigations. The role includes protective operations, travel security planning, threat monitoring, intelligence gathering, and vulnerability assessments. The agent must maintain operational readiness and situational awareness while following security policies, operational procedures, and emergency response protocols. Travel of up to 50% is required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in executive protection, law enforcement, military, or private security.
• Experience integrating threat assessments into protective intelligence strategies.
• Experience conducting travel security planning and logistics.
• Strong decision-making under pressure.
• High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
• Advanced situational awareness and risk mitigation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Independently support protective operations, travel security planning, and risk mitigation activities.
• Assist with developing, coordinating, and executing travel security plans, including advance work, transportation security, accommodation assessments, and contingency planning.
• Conduct threat monitoring, intelligence gathering, and vulnerability assessments to identify emerging risks and recommend protective measures.
• Follow established security policies, operational procedures, and emergency response protocols while maintaining operational readiness and situational awareness.
