This role sits within the Office of the CEO, a five-person inner circle that enables speed, precision, and excellence at the highest level. We are expanding our administrative team with a specialist focused on world-class travel logistics, personal coordination, and high-stakes execution. We are looking for a teammate who thrives in complexity, anticipates needs before they surface, and executes with calm authority. Our CEO operates at an exceptional pace across nine distinct businesses. If you take pride in being indispensable, deeply trusted, and relentlessly excellent, you will feel at home here.
