  • Experience managing complex, multi-leg domestic and international travel, including accompanying an executive when required.
  • Exceptional organizational and project-management skills, with strong attention to detail across executive-level matters and hands-on personal requests.
  • Strong business judgment, discretion, and the ability to assess urgency, make thoughtful tradeoffs, and act with minimal direction.
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build trust with senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work out of the San Francisco & Palo Alto office 5 days per week, support irregular hours when necessary, and travel domestically and internationally based on business needs.

  • Quietly excellent; motivated by trust earned through consistently strong judgment, discretion, reliability, and execution.
  • Confident in judgment; knows when to act independently, when to escalate, and when to offer alternative solutions.
  • Discreet by default; handles highly confidential business and personal information with maturity, professionalism, and integrity.
