About The Position

ABT Insurance Risk Advisors is a full-service independent insurance brokerage based in Duluth, Georgia. We are growing and looking for a highly organized, discreet professional to support our Owner across both business operations and personal affairs. The Executive & Personal Assistant provides confidential, high-level support to the Owner so the Owner can focus on leadership and strategic priorities. This role moves between business and personal responsibilities throughout the day and requires sound judgment, strong follow-through, and absolute discretion.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience supporting an executive or business owner
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Exceptional discretion when handling confidential business and personal information
Strong organization, prioritization, and written communication skills
Ability to shift quickly between business and personal priorities
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
Signed confidentiality / non-disclosure agreement
Successful background check and motor vehicle record check

Nice To Haves

Insurance or accounting office experience preferred

Responsibilities

Manage the Owner's business calendar, meetings, and priorities across related company entities
Screen and triage email and phone calls; draft correspondence and track follow-ups
Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials
Coordinate with staff, clients, and outside vendors
Track deadlines, renewals, and action items to completion
Maintain organized, secure business files and records
Manage the Owner's personal calendar, appointments, and family scheduling
Coordinate household vendors, repairs, and deliveries
Handle personal bill tracking, errands, shopping, and gift purchasing
Plan travel, reservations, and itineraries
Assist with special projects and major personal logistics as needed
