About The Position

Requirements

  • 15+ years’ experience with a primary focus in an executive Supply Chain role such as, Chief Supply Chain Officer, SVP or EVP or similar within a Fortune 500 company.
  • Experience in executive level roles within consulting, sales or customer facing positions.
  • In-depth understanding of the Supply Chain industry, and the role of the CSCO (including leadership, operations management, strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.).
  • In-depth understanding of the business value of Supply Chain, and the alignment of Business and Supply Chain strategies.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 25-30 Industrial SC leadership clients, delivering value through regular briefings, workshops, roundtables, webinars and by attending relevant Gartner events, etc.
  • Use knowledge and expertise, along with Gartner resources and research, to coach, mentor and critique clients on critical initiatives and obstacles specifically within the Supply Chain space.
  • Work closely with internal Gartner teams (Sales, Analysts, Client Managers, peers) to ensure value is delivered.
  • Act as a client-facing representative requiring a high level of executive presence and ability to build trust and deliver value.
  • Responsible for member retention and contributing toward regional growth through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development, and value demonstration.
  • Manage own desk and other administrative tasks, including travel and expense reports.
