Requirements

15+ years’ experience with a primary focus in an executive Supply Chain role such as, Chief Supply Chain Officer, SVP or EVP or similar within a Fortune 500 company.
Experience in executive level roles within consulting, sales or customer facing positions.
In-depth understanding of the Supply Chain industry, and the role of the CSCO (including leadership, operations management, strategy and trends, use of metrics, etc.).
In-depth understanding of the business value of Supply Chain, and the alignment of Business and Supply Chain strategies.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of 25-30 Industrial SC leadership clients, delivering value through regular briefings, workshops, roundtables, webinars and by attending relevant Gartner events, etc.
Use knowledge and expertise, along with Gartner resources and research, to coach, mentor and critique clients on critical initiatives and obstacles specifically within the Supply Chain space.
Work closely with internal Gartner teams (Sales, Analysts, Client Managers, peers) to ensure value is delivered.
Act as a client-facing representative requiring a high level of executive presence and ability to build trust and deliver value.
Responsible for member retention and contributing toward regional growth through direct support of Gartner Sales in prospect cultivation, account plan development, and value demonstration.
Manage own desk and other administrative tasks, including travel and expense reports.
