Roland Park Place is seeking an Executive Operations Assistant to serve as a trusted strategic partner to our President & CEO. This is far more than a traditional executive assistant role—this position serves as an extension of executive leadership, coordinating board governance, managing strategic initiatives, supporting organizational growth, and ensuring priorities move from vision to execution. Requirements

  • Required professional experience supporting a Board of Directors or executive board governance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive-level administrative, operations, project management, or governance experience.
  • Experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably a President, CEO, or Executive Director.
  • Associate's degree required.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the President & CEO to manage executive priorities, schedules, strategic initiatives, and organizational communications.
  • Coordinate all Board of Directors and committee meetings, including agendas, board packets, meeting logistics, minutes, and follow-up.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, board members, community stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Track strategic initiatives and organizational priorities to ensure accountability and timely execution.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, operational improvements, AI technologies, automation opportunities, and new business initiatives.
  • Prepare executive presentations, reports, correspondence, and briefing materials.
  • Support planning efforts for organizational growth and future community expansion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects while maintaining complete confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Organize governance records and support effective board operations.
