About The Position

The Executive Officer serves as the Contractor’s executive leader and authorized interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. The role oversees the entire HQ Services program, develops and implements strategic plans aligned with the customer’s mission and goals, leads program staff, and manages day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Active Secret clearance.
• Minimum of 8 years of specific experience as a Program Manager, with a focus on risk management, innovation, and quality management systems.
• PMP certification.
• Master’s degree in a related field or 12 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor’s executive leadership for the program.
• Act as the authorized interface with the CO, COR, government management personnel, and customer agency representatives.
• Oversee the entire HQ Services program.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the customer’s mission and goals.
• Provide leadership to program staff.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
