As the Executive Meeting Manager, you will be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service to internal partners and external clients. This role requires quick, timely, and professional responses to all communications, delivering clear and concise information representative of Concord Hospitality. You will demonstrate excellent time management, self-motivation, proactive planning, and organizational savvy with a keen focus on detail. A key part of this role involves maintaining existing accounts and developing new business for the hotel. You will effectively monitor and manage all aspects of pre-event, event, and post-event details, including tracking room blocks, meeting space, concessions, group history, contract clauses, event orders, and billing details. Attending customer functions as needed and collaborating with internal and external partners to forecast revenues and maximize hotel income are also essential. Gaining knowledge of the hotel's food and beverage offerings, function space, and audio-visual capabilities is crucial for event success. You will consistently attain sales activity and individual revenue goals, utilizing digital sales systems and conceptual sales processes like Delphi, CI/TY, and PMS. Participation in internal meetings, conference calls, and reporting is expected. The role emphasizes teamwork, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a commitment to making the best decisions for the hotel. You will also be responsible for your own career development, seeking training and opportunities for growth.
