About The Position

Join a growing entrepreneurial business as their Executive Marketing Coordinator and play a key role across marketing operations, executive support, content coordination, and digital execution. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves staying organized, and takes ownership of getting things done accurately and on time. You’ll work directly with leadership while supporting social media management, CRM workflows, content coordination, lead generation support, and day-to-day operational execution. Requirements

  • Experience in executive assistance, marketing coordination, operations support, or digital marketing support roles
  • Experience supporting founders, coaches, consultants, or entrepreneurial businesses is strongly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar)
  • Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
  • Proficiency with Canva and basic video editing tools (Veed, OpusClips, CapCut, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and social media coordination
  • Excellent written English communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced remote environments
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong follow-through and execution discipline with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with lead generation or outbound prospect research
  • Familiarity with community management or membership-based businesses
  • Experience supporting webinars, coaching programs, or digital products
  • Basic understanding of paid advertising setup and campaign support
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or Trello

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day executive operations including calendar management, scheduling, and project coordination
  • Create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and community platforms
  • Manage social media engagement, direct messages, comments, and community interactions
  • Build and manage email workflows using GoHighLevel for outreach campaigns and follow-ups
  • Support CRM management, pipeline tracking, and lead organization
  • Edit and produce short-form video content and branded graphics using Canva, Veed, OpusClips, or similar tools
  • Organize digital program materials, guides, workbooks, and participant resources
  • Conduct research to build Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and prospect lists for lead generation
  • Maintain organized documentation, tracking sheets, and internal systems
  • Handle inbox management, prioritize urgent matters, and ensure no important follow-up is missed
  • Assist with minor website updates, campaign setup, and platform support tasks
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve operational efficiency and workflow organization
